Speaker's Topic:
Right now, 75% of people in the US feel stressed out. You do not have to be one of them. Join SJ native Theresa Orlaske-Rich for an engaging, thought provoking program based on her book, Staying Sane in Crazy Times. The program will help you to explore the opportunities available to you - right here, right now - to find calm and be your best, no matter what craziness is around you. Staying Sane in Crazy Times is a motivational/inspirational self help book and workbook that has been used by people in over a dozen countries to clarify their purpose, accept fear and loss, identify and decide among opportunities, and take action. Unlike self-help books that tell the reader what to do, Staying Sane in Crazy Times takes a coaching approach to ask questions that help readers determine their own good next steps and then provides the opportunity to check back in to decide what to do next.

Speaker's Biography:
Theresa Orlaske-Rich, PhD, is a graduate of St. Joseph High School and Lake Michigan College. In 2006, Lake Michigan College honored her with the Clarence Beckwith Distinguished Alumni Award.  She now lives in Farmington Hills, MI with her husband Brian Rich and their two teenagers. Professionally, Orlaske-Rich is an organization effectiveness consultant and attorney with significant business consulting experience with a Fortune 50 company. She specializes in helping people make effective business and personal transitions and has helped leaders in over 20 countries to be more effective both as individuals and in their teams.
