Speaker Topic

This Presentation includes a cooking demonstration, dinner, recipes, decorating and gift ideas.  We will rotate in groups of 10-15 through the kitchen. Since this does coincide with the 20th anniversary of Perennial Accents including their unique collection of home decor, there will be suppliers on hand with the perfect holiday gift ideas, and door prizes. It is promised to be an evening of fun.  

Speaker Biography

Delicious Deliveries was founded in 2009, by Personal Chef Tara Newman. While in business school, Tara worked every aspect of the food industry. From bartending, to serving, catering and sous chef, Tara gained valuable experience, expanding her knowledge in the culinary world. After 13 years in her first career, Tara chose to leave the corporate world of finance and revisit her passion in the kitchen. Back to school with concentrations in food science, technique, vegan/vegetarian, various worldly cuisines and national food safety. Tara continues to expand her knowledge in the kitchen by training with other well-known chefs and seeking culinary certificates. Since August 2015, Tara’s been product testing for small appliances, recipe writing and involved with product development for KitchenAid.   She resides here in St.Joseph with her husband Dale and 2 children, ages 5 & 11.

From I 94 take exit #27 Niles Rd. Toward St. Joseph (4.miles).. Turn slight right becomes Main Street  (.4 miles).. Turn left onto Broad Street.  Turn right onto State Street, destination is on the left..

Evening Cost
$25 (Members and Visitors) Late reservations or payment at door will incur extra $10 fee.

Menu

Appetizer - sweet and salty skewers with cantaloupe, mozzarella, and prosciutto
Main dish and vegetable - Panko (or herb) crusted chicken over baby spinach and a fresh strawberry glaze, Cauliflower au gratin
Dessert - Apple rosette tartlets
You may bring your own wine to open while in the the store.
