Speaker Topic

We have a fun and different evening planned to kick off 2017! (Lord knows we need it!) While you stay seated, co- chairs Kait and Kim, will introduce the following panelists to “Come on Down” and guide us through a speed-dating style look into our futures:

Panelist #1 (10 min): Deb Berecz will discuss whether a will is necessary, why, and the importance of having powers of attorney in place with good communication and planning. (Deb just lost her father to a sudden heart attack on December 19th, so these issues are front and center for her personally.)

Panelist #2 (10 min): Mary Cooper will discuss the importance of maintaining a healthy weight as we age.

Panelist #3 (10 min): Amanda Howard will discuss options in home healthcare, their differences, and how your healthcare decisions can drive these options.

Panelist #4 (10 min): Phyllis Palmer and her broker, Shawn Ashley (a former single mother who once lived with her daughter in her car and relied on food banks) will discuss women in real estate, wealth building, and diversifying income streams for retirement.

Speaker Biography
