Trooper Higgs will be presenting new ways to think of situational awareness, what you should be paying attention to and how to react in specific situations. She will also be covering the basics of self-defense for females.


Speaker Biography

Trooper Holly Higgs has been a Michigan State Police Trooper for 4 years. She is a certified Rape Aggression Defense (RAD) Instructor.

From Lakeshore Dr. / Red Arrow turn East onto Ship St
Continue on Ship St as it turns to Wayne and then Main Street across the bridge.
Take the first exit at the round-about onto Riverview

$25 (Members and Visitors) Late reservations or payment at door will incur extra $10 fee.
