Speaker's Topic

We will focus on, how the heart functions, the signs and symptoms of a heart attack, special considerations for women when it comes to heart health, the importance of rapid treatment and how to reduce your risk of heart disease.

Speaker’s Biography
Ashlee Nason is a graduate from Western Michigan University with a bachelor’s degree in health sciences and physical education.  She is a certified Michigan teacher and enjoyed a year of teaching at Buchanan Middle School.  She currently works at Lakeland Health Care in the Center for Health Enhancement as a community health educator.

  Michigan Greens with sliced MI apples, walnuts, and red wine vinegar dressing, Cannelloni & Galic Bisque, Baguette with olive oil & herb dipping sauce, Florentine Chicken with Faux Pasta, Roasted Root Vegetables, Dessert, Coffee, Red & White Wine (included), and nonalcoholic beverages.
