Are you already stressing over holiday meals???  No need to… Diane Fisher, a personal chef and owner of Catering by Design, has great ideas for getting us through them with less stress.  By slightly altering some of your favorite recipes, preparing ahead of time and adding simple, but festive, table decorations you can breeze through like a pro!  Diane will share some of her favorite recipes and get us excited about being in the kitchen over the holidays!

Speaker’s Biography
Ms. Diane Fisher, owner of Catering by Design, LLC started her catering business in 2006.  She fully understands the stresses that her clients experience when planning a dinner party and or a simple family meal during the Holiday season.  Diane prides herself on making sure your meal is one to remember.  Diane lives in St. Joseph, Michigan with her husband Mike.  They have three children all whom are married and enjoy visiting their one granddaughter.

Directions
I-94 to exit 30/Napier Avenue.  Turn right (if you are coming from east I-94) onto Napier Avenue, then after about 1 mile, turn left onto Yore Avenue.  Turn left into Parking lot A (this is the last parking lot).  Upton Room F103 is off the main lobby of the Upton Hall area of the Mendel Center.

Buffet Menu:  Nutty MI Apple Salad, Creamy Feta & MI Apple Chicken, Portabella Mushroom Ravioli, Wild Rice Blend, Seasonal Local Veg Trio, Penne Pasta Tossed in Fresh Herbs, Rolls & Butter, Petite Pastry Selection, Coffee, Lemonade, and Water.
