Speaker’s Topic:
Learn how to invigorate yourself and your business using resources that are within reach.  You will leave the session with a P.L.A.N. of action.

Speaker’s Biography:
Margaret Adams brings 20 years of past experience working for the City of Benton Harbor, the last 15 years as the Municipal Clerk.  She is also the co-owner and operator of Adam’s Rib, an event planning and catering business.  Margaret has worked for Cornerstone Alliance since 1999 and received the Program Manager position for the W BC in 2004.  In 2006, she was certified as a small business counselor from the Academy of Professional Small Business Consultants at Grand Valley State University.

Kathleen Wolf has an undergraduate degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Loyola University, Chicago.  She holds a Master of Science degree in Marketing & Business Management from Cardinal Stritch University.  Kathleen is a creative person who enjoys working with others on innovative new products, services, or concepts.  Her goal is to help others gain momentum with their ideas so that they may move forward in the pursuit of their passions.  She is employed by a Fortune 100 company, the co-owner of FISH Window Cleaning, the Chief Farm Hand at, and “Kickstarter” of Momentum Creations, a personal and professional consulting company.  Kathleen also loves to unwind in her garden, smelling the sweet scent of herbs and lavender.

Directions:  Take Red Arrow Highway to Glenlord Road towards the lake.  Turn left on Ridge Road.  Tosi's Restaurant is down about 1/4 mile on the left.

Baked Salmon in Parchment - With Dijon peppercorn butter and served with sweet potato-leek gratin, and a vegetable. 
Pollo Alla Compagna - Chicken sautéed with mushrooms, sweet Marsala wine and served with house made fettuccine, and a vegetable.
Penn Alfredo - Sun dried tomatoes, shitake mushrooms and broccoli in a parmesan cream sauce with baby spinach.

All dinners include the following:  Tosi tossed salad with House Dressing, Assorted Bread, Coffee, Tea, Water, Gratuity, and Tax.
