Speaker’s Topic:  The Tabor Hill Difference
The Shoreline of Lake Michigan is one of the finest wine producing areas in the world.  The climate and the site, like those of France and Germany, are perfect with cool temperature breezes, sandy clay soil, and one of the highest vineyard sites in the Midwest.  These factors, combined with the expertise of Tabor Hill winemaking staff, result in premium wines that rival those from anyone in the world.   We invite you to come out and discover Tabor Hill for yourself.  Tour the winery to learn how their fine wines are made.  The casual walking tour takes you along the vineyard and through one of the most modern winemaking facilities in the country.

Speaker’s Biography:
Kenny Petersen began his career early at the age of 13, working part time during the summers at the winery.  After college in 2002, he took a sales job that involved traveling all over the country.  Tired of the travel, he came back to SW Michigan and settled into a sales position at Tabor Hill with the goal of increasing their presence in the wholesale market.  Six years later they have grown from 35,000 cases in production to right around 65,000 cases in production today.  Currently, Kenny is the Assistant General Manager at Tabor Hill.
